Our California-certified licensed and registered nurses work closely with your primary care physician, family and everyone involved in our members care to make sure we put together the best possible plan of care. Our team makes sure to maintain a high level of transparency so that the primary care physician and family is informed of the reporting that was dictated in the plan of care. Assessments and treatments our skilled registered nurses provide the high quality care needed to recover at home until our members get back their independence. Our staff likes to keep an open line of communication to make sure we’re taking feedback from the member and family and focus on being consistent, competent, thorough and reliable providers.
