We have introduced the principle of family medicine, which means that the family practitioner will handle the majority of medical requests, with a specialists involved only if necessary.
It’s all about relationships: We staff a professional, courteous and responsive team that understands help should come quick and safely. When possible, we provide same-day services; but for optimum results, especially on long-term placements, we prefer at least three-days’ notice. Our office hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. After-hour calls can be relayed to our coordinator through our 24-hour answering service, seven days a week.
Greater Transparency: Every step along the way from our first introductory visit down to our exit interview, our team takes great pride in making sure that everyone involved in the care of our members, including family, is well informed of the progress and are encouraged to take part of the care giving process as we all have the same common goal of seeing our members get better.
Let us help make it affordable: Who likes to navigate through billing? Our team members are well experienced in working with private pay, insurance providers and Medicare/Medicaid, so allow us to help work with you to make home care affordable.
Trusted Care Staff: All of our team members are hand picked out of a pool of prospective professionals that are carefully screened providers of home care services who have been selected on the basis of their excellent backgrounds, skills and professionalism. Our company understands the value of respecting your privacy and personal possessions within your home. 21st Century Home Health Services Inc. is a bonded and insured referral agency, covering our clients against property theft and/or any employee accidents that may arise on the job.
Its all about you: Our goal is to make sure that we help get your loved one better and do so with great responsibility and compassion. If for whatever reason the care received is not up to your satisfaction, our leadership team will work with you to make sure we put together an action plan that is to your satisfaction.
