My mother, a member of Kaiser Permanente, recently received a recommendation from her doctor for in-home physical and occupational therapy from 21st Century Home Health Services. Initially, I was skeptical due to previous unsatisfactory experiences with home health aides; however, I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional quality of care provided by 21st Century Home Health Services. This agency truly stands out for its superior service and care.

The attention my mother received was exemplary across the board. I want to extend special recognition to Ryan, Melissa, and Jerrick, who worked closely with my mother and were instrumental in her progress with mobility. Their dedication and expertise significantly contributed to reducing her leg swelling and improving her mobility and ability to stand. Their enthusiasm and supportive attitude were crucial in motivating her and making her look forward to their visits, as well as completing the prescribed exercises. This "dream team" deserves immense gratitude for their outstanding work. They were always kind and considerate of my mother, making her feel very comfortable.

In addition to the therapists mentioned above, my mother also benefited from the attention of other remarkable professionals. The first gentleman, whose name I did not catch, exhibited an equally high level of professionalism and care. Other team members, including Grace, Tiffany, and Angie, also provided excellent support and assistance. Kyle was very patient and helpful while helping her reach her goals.  He encouraged without intimidating her and was very kind and friendly. They provided a Physical Therapist, an Occupational Therapist, and a speech therapist.  They were all easy to work with and they really helped me during this last phase of my recovery. They had flexible schedules and were always ready to work with me.

Thank you 21st Century Home Health Services for always being here and teaching me that I have a new life.
