Initially, I was skeptical due to previous unsatisfactory experiences with home health aides; however, I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional quality of care provided by 21st Century Home Health Services. This agency truly stands out for its superior service and care. The attention my mother received was exemplary across the board. I want to extend special recognition to Ryan, Melissa, and Jerrick, who worked closely with my mother and were instrumental in her progress with mobility. Their dedication and expertise significantly contributed to reducing her leg swelling and improving her mobility and ability to stand. Their enthusiasm and supportive attitude were crucial in motivating her and making her look forward to their visits, as well as completing the prescribed exercises. This "dream team" deserves immense gratitude for their outstanding work. They were always kind and considerate of my mother, making her feel very comfortable. The first gentleman, whose name I did not catch, exhibited an equally high level of professionalism and care. They were all easy to work with and they really helped me during this last phase of my recovery. They had flexible schedules and were always ready to work with me. This was after I fractured my pelvic bone, was in a nursing home for 8 weeks, and then I came home to my assisted living facility, that's when 21st Century came to my home for several weeks.
stephen piggee2025-04-10I have only great things to say about my nurse from 21st Century. She has been so caring and knowledgeable about what she does. I had a wound vac for about 2 months and she had this thing working just right and my injury improved so well that it has closed.
